By accessing and using Freelio, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Freelio is a project management platform that connects freelance web developers with clients. The platform facilitates contract creation, milestone-based payments, file management, and communication between parties.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through Stripe. Funds for milestones are held in escrow until the client approves the delivered work. Freelio is not responsible for disputes between creators and clients regarding the quality of work delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of work product is determined by the contract agreed upon between the creator and client. Freelio does not claim any ownership over work created through the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Freelio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
